Description:
Female individuals typically measure between 0.8 to 1.2 mm in size, while males are around 0.7 to 1 mm long. Each caudal ramus bears five setae. The third segment from the end of the right antenna lacks an appendage. The left fifth leg is shorter than the right leg, reaching only to the first segment of the right exopod. The inner process of the terminal exopod of the left fifth leg is falciform. The endopod of the first leg is divided into two branches.

Commonly found in the rivers, lakes, haors, and other fresh waterbodies of Bangladesh.
