Description:
It is a small bush frog distinguished by its broad head and almost oval-shaped snout. The nostrils are ovoid, flapless, and situated closer to the snout tip than the eyes. It has large, protruding eyes. The dorsum is granular, adorned with small, horny spicules, and generally exhibits a light green to greenish-brown coloration. The forelimbs are shorter than the hands. The toes exhibit moderate webbing.
Habitat & Distribution in Bangladesh:
It inhabits forest floors, freshwater wetlands, ponds, ditches, canals etc. It is distributed in the northeast region of Bangladesh.
