In Procamallanus sprenti, the body is filiform and tapers towards both ends. Males are smaller than females, with body dimensions reflecting this size difference. The buccal capsule is almost cylindrical and lacks striations, with males having shorter and narrower buccal capsules than females. The base of the buccal capsule in females features two knob-like structures. The cuticle is thin and transversely striated, and tridents are absent. The oesophagus is divided into muscular and glandular parts, with the anterior muscular oesophagus being shorter in males than in females, and the posterior glandular oesophagus also showing similar size differences.
