Description:
The organism’s lorica is oval and flattened in the dorsoventral direction. Its anterior end is wider than the posterior. At the anterior end, there are two long, curved spines, while the posterior spines are elongated, pointed, and possess distinct bases. Its feet are segmented and retractable.

Commonly found in the rivers, lakes, haors, and other fresh waterbodies of Bangladesh.
