Description:
This frog is short and thick with a small head. Its dorsal surface is grey, olive-brown, or olive-green, sometimes featuring an irregular yellow or bright green stripe down the back. The skin is covered with small bumps, giving it a rough texture. The ventral surface is pale. The eyes are bulbous. The fingers are free, and the toes are fully webbed.
Habitat & Distribution in Bangladesh:
It inhabits freshwater wetlands, ponds, rivers, ditches, canals etc. It is distributed widely throughout Bangladesh.
