Description:
It is a small-sized frog. The head is slightly longer with a pointed snout. The dorsal skin is smooth and grey to greyish-brown with four longitudinal folds made up of oblong tubercles. A narrow, distinct cream-colored or whitish-yellow mid-dorsal line extends from the back of the head to the vent. The ventral surface is whitish. The fingers are free of webbing, and the toes are three-fourths webbed.
Habitat & Distribution in Bangladesh:
It inhabits forest floors, freshwater wetlands, ponds, paddy fields, ditches, canals etc. It is distributed widely throughout Bangladesh.
