Description:
Thepecies s have a body that is relatively short and robust in structure. The lateral seta is connected at the end of the furca. The final segment of the thorax is more pronounced. The last pair of legs is more noticeable. Their antennae consist of 12 joints.

Commonly found in the rivers, lakes, haors, and other fresh waterbodies of Bangladesh.
