Description:
The species has a slender yet sturdy body. On the fifth leg, there are two segments each bearing two elongated terminal setae. Serrated hyaline membranes are present at the distal end. The first antennae consist of 17 segments.

Commonly found in the rivers, lakes, haors, and other fresh waterbodies of Bangladesh.
