Description:
They exhibit colors ranging from yellowish-gray to dark brown, often with a greenish or bluish hue. The cephalothorax is oval-shaped and broadest at the central front. The final leg is characterized by its long bristles, setting it apart from other cycloids. The two branches are relatively short, approximately twice as long as they are wide. The tail is comparatively slender.

Commonly found in the rivers, lakes, haors, and other fresh waterbodies of Bangladesh.
