Description:
Rostrum is long, slender, slightly upturned. Extend antennal scale. The dorsal margin is armed with 11-14 teeth. Growth is in inverse exponential pattern. Made attains a length of 108 mm, 146 mm and 233 mm at the ends of 1st, 2nd and 3rd year respectively. Females attain a length of 82,5 mm, 130 mm, 168.5 mm in the corresponding year.
Habitat & Distribution in Bangladesh:
Bottom of the pond, river and estuary of Bangladesh.
