Description:
The rostrum of this species extends to the distal end of the antennal scale, featuring a relatively high dorsal crest. The rostrum is equipped with 8 to 14 dorsal teeth and 4 to 6 ventral teeth, with the dorsal teeth being evenly spaced. The branchiostegal suture does not extend posteriorly beyond the hepatic spine. In terms of coloration, the body exhibits a greenish-yellow hue, while the antennae appear greyish. The thoracic legs have a light bluish tint, and the lower side of the 2nd chelipeds is peacock blue, contrasting with its upper side, which is greyish. The remaining thoracic legs display a flesh-colored tone, and the swimmerets have a bluish coloration. In terms of size, males can reach a maximum total length of 315 mm, while females typically attain a maximum length of 147 mm.

Inhabits in fresh and brackish water bodies like river.
