Description:
It has an olive-brown to dark brown carapace. The snout is short, and the plastron is whitish or cream. The head features several elongated and wide yellow stripes. Limbs are olive or brown, fully webbed, with three claws on each foot. In males, the tail is large and thick, while in females, it is short and stubby.

It lives in rivers, lakes, ponds and it is widely distributed in Bangladesh.
