Description:
The organism’s lorica consists of both dorsal and ventral plates. The front edge of the ventral plate is notably concave. It has a short pseudosegment for the foot, while the toe is relatively long and features terminal pseudoclaws. One of the distinguishing characteristics of this species is the oval shape of its lorica.

Commonly found in rivers in Bangladesh, such as the Halda River.
