Description:
The body is spindle-shaped (fusiform) and carries a dorsal antenna positioned around the middle of the head. The rostrum is rounded and not very deep, and it features lateral sensory setae. The mastax has extendable, pincer-like trophi. The corona is slanted and may or may not have a single eyespot. Additionally, these organisms possess long appendages composed of three pseudo-segments, likely referring to their feet or legs.
