The organism has a slightly compressed and elliptical body shape. The head is rounded anteriorly, with a pointed rostrum ventrally, and short antennules attached to the posterior margin of the rostrum. The eye is large and positioned slightly closer to the anteroventral margin of the head. The postabdomen is narrow towards the distal end, with about nine pointed denticles and a depression located approximately one-third from the distal region. The length of the organism is 2.24 mm.
In terms of reproduction, this species utilizes parthenogenesis. The parthenogenetic female progresses through multiple adult stages and produces batches of eggs. These eggs are not released externally but are instead incubated within the mother’s brood pouch, where embryonic development takes place. The offspring are then released as juveniles.
