Description:
The middle pecten is slender compared to the proximal and distal pecten. The eye is either not present or not easily noticeable. The front edge of the head is broadly rounded. The rear spine measures less than a quarter of the valve’s length. Both the head and valves are no longer than 1.2 millimeters in size.

Commonly found in the rivers, lakes, haors, and other fresh waterbodies of Bangladesh.
