Description:
The subapicomesal spine of each inferior appendage is cone-shaped, broad at the base, and positioned subapically. Its internal lobe is rounded. The dorsal phallic sclerite has a short anterior arm and short, divergent posterior arms.

Larvae in lotic and lentic habitats; prefer firm substrate, mainly gravel or sand

Comments:
They are semi aquatic. Larvae are hatched in water. But they fly away when they got matured.
