Description:
The shell is almost equilateral and swollen, presenting a sub-triangular shape with a pale olive-green color. The dorsal margin slopes, and the ventral margin is rounded. The umbones are slightly prominent. Fine and irregular striae are observed on the shell’s exterior, while the interior exhibits a purplish-white coloration.
Habitat & Distribution in Bangladesh:
These species found in sandy and muddy bottom of the river. Abundant in Comilla, Habiganj and Sylhet District.
