Description:
It possesses a postabdominal claw featuring a single basal spine, with the spine being roughly one-fourth the length of the claw. The anal groove along the postabdomen is bordered by clusters of small spines. It typically has six to eight marginal denticles. The outermost setae of the lateral fascicles are notably long and sturdy. The labrum is oval in shape. There are three prominent head pores, and the channels between them show signs of fragmentation. Its shell tends to have a translucent to pale yellow hue.

Commonly found in the rivers of Bangladesh.
