Description:
This frog is small in size, with a dorsal coloration that is light brown or reddish brown featuring a median pinkish brown mark. The belly is white, while the throat and chest are mottled with brown. The skin is generally smooth but can have small warts and elongated ridges. The head is broader than it is long, with a blunt snout. The nostrils are positioned much closer to the tip of the snout than to the eyes.
Habitat & Distribution in Bangladesh:
It inhabits forest floors, freshwater wetlands, stream beds etc. In Bangladesh, it is distributed in the semi-evergreen forests of Chittagong.
