Description:
Pristina menoni exhibiting a white coloration that is moderately opaque. Its prostomium is smooth with a rounded anterior margin and adorned with sensory hairs, lacking a proboscis. Dorsal setae are composed of either one hair and one needle or two hairs and one needle per bundle. The needles are single-pointed, with the distal half often bayonet or sigmoid-shaped. Both needles and hairs of segments II and III are shorter compared to other segments. Ventral setae range from 2 to 5 per bundle, starting from the second segment, and are stout and crotchet-shaped.

Commonly found in the fish pond, rivers, lakes, haors, and other fresh waterbodies of Bangladesh
