The cephalothorax is oval-shaped and broad in front of the middle. It features a smooth or finely serrated hyaline membrane. The lateral setae are positioned at the tip of the rami. The inner margin of the caudal rami lacks hairs. The fifth leg is composed of two separate segments. The final pair of legs has elongated setae on the last segment.
Habitat & Distribution in Bangladesh:
Commonly found in the rivers, lakes, haors, and other fresh waterbodies of Bangladesh.
