Description:
The shell has dimensions ranging from 46.0 to 48.5 mm in length, 25.0 to 28.8 mm in height, and 15.5 to 17.0 mm in width. The shell and its habitat closely resemble R. occata, but it is more swollen in appearance, with slightly inflated umbones and curved lateral teeth.
Habitat & Distribution in Bangladesh:
The specimens found in the shallow water zone of the rivers. Abundant in Comilla, Habiganj and Sylhet.
